Our Advisory Process
Six simple steps to ensure a smooth process.
Step 1: Getting to Know You.
On our one hour initial-no cost consultation, you are free to come into our office or we could speak over the phone, whatever is most convenient for you. This allows you to get
to know me personally, determine if we are a suitable firm for you and insure that you and I are a “good fit”. You cannot become a client at this meeting.
Step 2: Understanding You.
If we move forward, a second meeting will be set up where you will be asked to bring your
financial documents and current investment statements. A clearer picture of your current situation will be establish and together, get concise vision of your financial objectives and needs. A financial risk profile will be assessed.
Step 3: Prioritize Goals.
In this step, a portfolio analysis will be provided and compared to your risk profile. A preliminary financial plan will be presented and serve as a starting point. This is the first step towards
formulating your financial plan. This will serve as the blueprint which will guide the decision making process.
Step 4: Action Plan.
Based on your feedback, we will present a comprehensive, personalized investment, retirement or insurance strategy tailored to meet your specific goals, including asset mix guidelines and how much risk and volatility you should expect.
Step 5: Application
Once the plan is finalized and approved by you, our team will put it into action by gathering your personal information, getting the paperwork in order to be processed and, if required, requesting the funds from current custodian.
Step 6: Continued Review Process.
Individual investments goals and the market fluctuates over time, your situation may change so ongoing reviews are a key part of the process. Quarterly, semiannual or annual reviews will aid in assessing progress and ensure the plan evolves with your situation. You will never be alone.
